City of Belmont issued the following announcement on June 13.
June 18 is the Juneteenth Festival in Stowe Park from 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
This is a FREE cultural festival by Elements of Empowerment, Inc. including arts, crafts, music, food, and more.
The celebration will include music throughout the day, and a finale concert from 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM.
