City of Lowell issued the following announcement on Dec. 24.
Parks and Recreation and the Lowell Community Committee held a Holiday Decorations contest for both residents and storefronts! Nominations were called in by residents and the Lowell Community Committee judged resident entries on December 17, 2021. Storefronts were People’s Choice meaning everyone on facebook could vote for their favorite storefronts through facebook “likes.”

Back of the Moon is a locally owned boutique featuring unique, stylish clothing and accessories for all ages.
Fryeday Coffee Roasters is a small batch specialty coffee roaster. They also have breakfast & lunch options in addition to a variety of pastries.
