City of Lowell issued the following announcement on July 25.
Two events, one night!
Lowell Police Department will be kicking off the evening with National Night Out with a DJ, bounce houses, face painting, free snow cones & popcorn, and a police officer vs. kids kickball game!
At dusk (approximately 9pm), Parks and Recreation will be hosting a Movie in the Park featuring Disney’s ENCANTO! All ages welcome! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs.
National Night Out Opens | 7pm
NNO Kickball game | 8pm
NNO Closes | 9pm
Movie | 9pm
Inflatables, face painting, LPD frisbees, snow cones, popcorn, drinks, music, and special appearances by SpongeBob and Chase from Paw Patrol! After NNO, stick around for a free movie from Lowell Parks and Recreation. It’s all free! Special thanks to Choice USA for donating drinks for tonight’s event.
7pm – National Night Out begins
8pm – Kids vs. Police Officers Kickball Game
9pm- Disney’s Encanto movie starts
