Congressman Tim Moore, representative of North Carolina’s 14th congressional district, recently shared updates from his activities across the region through a series of social media posts.

On August 14, 2025, Moore highlighted the diversity and geography of his district, writing: “From Ballantyne to Lake Lure and up to Jonas Ridge, NC-14 covers some of the most beautiful and diverse parts of our state. I spent yesterday afternoon working from our Cornelius office — just one corner of a district I’m proud to serve every day. #ncpol”

Later that same day, Moore discussed a meeting with local education leaders in Gaston County. He stated: “I enjoyed having a few minutes to sit down with Dr. Dixie Abernathy and Gaston County school board member Jeff Ramsey. Dr. Abernathy released a trilogy of books Chronicle, the history of Cramerton and its textile and military heritage. I can’t wait to read them!” (August 14, 2025).

In another post on August 14, 2025, Moore addressed his visit to Table Rock Pharmacy in Morganton: “It was wonderful to chat with Dr. Jessi Stout and her team at Table Rock Pharmacy in Morganton. Table Rock is serving the needs of their community every day—and I’m committed to promoting PBM reforms that put patients first and protect the hometown pharmacies folks count on.”

Timothy K. Moore secured his seat in Congress after defeating Pam Genant in the 2024 general election with 58.1% of the vote compared to Genant’s 41.9%. The congressman’s recent posts reflect ongoing engagement with various sectors within his district as he continues legislative efforts related to healthcare reform and local history.
