Congressman Tim Moore has recently shared a series of statements on social media, focusing on cryptocurrency legislation, border security, and the role of Congress in advancing American innovation. His posts highlight ongoing legislative efforts and his support for policies aligned with former President Trump’s agenda.

On July 14, 2025, Congressman Moore appeared on a news program to discuss upcoming legislative initiatives. He stated, “Today, I joined @MorningsMaria to talk about Crypto Week — our push to pass smart, pro-growth crypto legislation — and future spending reforms that deliver on President Trump’s America First agenda. We’re putting American innovation first & making Washington work again.”

The following day, July 15, 2025, Moore addressed border security concerns. He wrote, “Biden’s open borders mean every state is a border state, including North Carolina. THANK YOU to ICE, DHS, and President Trump, who are working to get these heinous criminals OUT OF THE UNITED STATES.”

Later on July 15, Moore called for congressional action on cryptocurrency regulation. He posted, “Congress has a real opportunity to ensure America leads on crypto. The House must pass the CLARITY Act, the GENIUS Act, and the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act to protect innovation, privacy, and the future of the U.S. dollar.”

Additional information for Step 3: The CLARITY Act and GENIUS Act are proposed pieces of federal legislation intended to regulate digital assets and foster technological growth in the United States.
