Lowell home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Lowell fell by $24,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,500 - a 20.4% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lowell in March 2018.
