Lowell home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Lowell rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lowell in June 2019.
