Bessemer City home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Bessemer City rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Bessemer City in the second quarter of 2019.
