Mount Holly home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Mount Holly rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 30.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Mount Holly in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Mount Holly for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,299, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
