Bessemer City home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Bessemer City rose by $53,500 while total sales decreased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,500 - a 53% increase over the $101,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Bessemer City in August 2019.
