Stanley home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Stanley fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 60.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Stanley in August 2019.
