Lowell home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Lowell rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 20.2% increase over the $181,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lowell in August 2019.
