Belmont Police Ddepartment issued the following announcement on Jul. 22.

Please join us for our Back to School celebration and school supply drive in Stowe Park. We will have free hotdog meals, snow cones, giveaways, traffic safety, fire safety and water activities for the children. Make sure to bring swimwear!
