City of Lowell issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.
Today, from 9-11am, Parks and Recreation will be set up under the Funbrella at Harold Rankin Park for their next in-person soccer registration event. Soccer programs are available for ages 3-15. Practices begin on August 14.
