City of Bessemer issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
City Hall and administrative facilities will be closed Thursday, November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. We will resume regular business hours on Friday, November 12th. Please note that trash services will remain on regular schedule. We thank you for your cooperation.
