City of Kings Mountain issued the following announcement on Apr. 8.
Two EGGcellent FREE events on the same day. The City of Kings Mountain is proud to partner with King City Church and Big Red’s Cafe to bring both an Easter Egg Hunt and Spring Carnival filled with Special Needs EGGcessible activities to the Kings Mountain YMCA. The Easter Egg Hunt for ages birth-12 will begin promptly at 10:00 AM at the Rick Murphrey Children’s Park, at the same time the Spring Carnival will open at the YMCA Walking Track. Bring your Easter Basket and your camera! Inflatables, Petting Zoo, Music, Food and a whole lot of FUN! Wendell the Easter Bunny will be there too.
