City of Gastonia issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
WHAT: The Garland Business Center building, located at 150 York Street in Gastonia, will open to customers 30 minutes later at 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday.
WHEN: Change in building hours will start January 3, 2023.
WHY: Residents, vendors, and customers access several City services, including Utility Customer Service, Planning, and Zoning in this building. The new hours will allow for increased efficiency for both staff and customers.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The new Garland Business Center building hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
New hours of operation for Utility Customer Service will be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Other departments in the Garland Business Center building can be contacted by phone and email 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
