Town of Ranlo issued the following announcement on Sep 3.
Notice is hereby given that the Ranlo Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on a variance to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Ranlo. The primary purpose of this variance request is to consider a request to subdivide 2403 Lowell Road into three individual parcels at the request of the property owner.
The public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 beginning at 6:00 pm at Ranlo Town Hall, 1624 Spencer Mountain Road, Gastonia, NC 28054. For more information about the hearing, please contact Town Hall at 704-824-3461.
