Town of Ranlo issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.
As a reminder, Doxo is not an authorized form of payment for utility bills. Doxo is a third-party collection service that is not associated with the Town of Ranlo. Using Doxo will result in a delay in processing your payment and may result in a late fee or disconnection. All online payments should be made via the MyGovHub Portal found on townofranlo.org. When in doubt, always call Town Hall to confirm you are on the correct website.
